비대면 IoT 피부진단-치료 AI 서비스 접근방향 연구 – A Study on Approach to AI Service for Untact IoT Skin Diagnosis-Treatment

4차 산업혁명 시대에 비대면 원격진료는 미래 성장동력 산업이다. 본 연구의 배경은 원격진료 산업의 확장, IoT, AI 큐레이션 기술 발전, PSS 산업의 성장 등 3가지로 구분하여 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 피부진단과 치료를 빅데이터와 사물인터넷(IoT), 인공지능(AI)를 결합한 서비스 방향성을 도출하는데 목표가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 더모스코피 검사법을 기반으로 한 IoT, AI 서비스를 중심으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구의 진행에 따른 결과값은 피부진단-치료의 국내외 현황을 고찰해 보고, 전문가 집단심층면접(FGI) 결과값을 바탕으로 3가지의 방향성을 제안하였다. 첫째, 피부진단-치료 사용자 라이프 스타일 분석 방법론을 통해 개인 맞춤형 사용자의 경험 가치와 수요를 발굴해야 한다. 둘째, 피부진단-치료 평가지표/프로파일 패턴 서비스 모델링 개발을 위해 프로파일 패턴 DB를 개발해야 한다. 셋째, 피부진단-치료 IoT 제품 개발 및 인공지능 학습 DB를 기반으로 개인맞춤형 피부진단-치료 큐레이션 플랫폼 서비스를 구축해야 한다. 본 연구에서 제시된 피부진단-치료 IoT, AI 큐레이션 등은 전자기기 디자인 융합기술, 인포테인먼트 등 미래 혁신상품 프레임워크에 기반 연구가 될 것이다.

Untact remote medical examination in the 4th Industrial Revolution Era is the industry of future growth engine. The background of this study is divided into 3 categories: expansion of remote medical examination industry, development of IoT and AI curation technology, and growth of PSS industry. This study aims to determine the directionality of service, which combines skin diagnosis and treatment with big data, IoT, and AI. Therefore, this study focused on IoT and AI services based on dermoscopy. As a result, 3 directions were suggested based on the examination of skin diagnosis-treatment status in Korea and abroad and result of expert FGI. First, personalized experience value and demand of users need to be discovered through the analysis of skin diagnosis-treatment users. Second, profile pattern DB needs to be developed in order to develop skin diagnosis-treatment evaluation index/profile pattern service modeling. Third, personalized skin diagnosis-treatment curation platform service needs to be established based on the development of skin diagnosis-treatment IoT product and AI learning DB. The skin diagnosis-treatment IoT and AI curation suggested in this study may service as the base study for the framework of future innovative products such as electronic device design convergence technology and infotainment.
