미술관 기획전시 저작권 블록체인 프레임워크 연구 – A Study on Copyright Blockchain Framework for Special Exhibition and Artworks of Art Museums

본 연구는 미술관에서 특별한 목적으로 진행되는기획전시회 저작권에서 시작되었다. 본 연구의 목적은미술관에서 매년 개최하는 기획전시회의 신규 미술작품의 정보를 블록체인을 기반으로 저작권 서비스프레임워크를 설정하는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 문헌분석과 집단심층면접(FGI) 방법을 이용하였으며, 연구의 범위는 미술관에서 진행하는 기획전시 미술작품으로 한정하여 시도하였다. 연구 결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미술관의미술 콘텐츠 저작권은 소장품, 기획전시회 컨셉, 아카이브, 설치 및 연출, 디자인 미디어, 출판, R&D 결과물 등으로 구분될 수 있다. 둘째, 기획전시의 협업작업은 관장, 학예사, 에듀케이터, 창작작가 등에 의해서이루어진다. 따라서 미술작품이 창출되기까지의 문서, 이미지, 영상 등의 결과물 등의 협업 라이프 사이클작업 결과물의 투명한 정산, 분배, 관리가 블록체인을기반으로 요구된다. 셋째, 미술관 신규 창작작품의 생성부터 유통에 이르기까지의 전과정은 개방형 협업프레임워크가 필요하다. 이는 저작권에 따른 문제점을해결 할 수 있는 이익배분에 대한 문제해결이 될 수있다. 넷째, 아트+기술 측면에서 저작권의 분배 및 정산에 필요한 미술작품 블록체인을 기반으로 한 융합적 핀테크 시스템을 제안하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 블록체인 기반하의 미술콘텐츠 창작과 이용활성화에 큰 역할을 할 것이며, 미술 콘텐츠 저작권 서비스 사업화 및 미술작품 융복합산업 발전에 큰 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대한다.

The study began with the copyright of a special exhibition at an art museum. The purpose of this study is to establish a framework for making the information on newly-created artworks of special exhibition held at art museums every year a copyright service based on blockchain. The research methods used were literature review and focused group interview (FGI) method. The results and contents of this study are as follows; As a result of the FGI, 4 framework strategies were established. First, copyrights of art museums for art contents can be classified into collections, concepts of special exhibitions, archives, installation and directing, design media, publishing and results of R & D. Second, collaborative works of special exhibition are performed by directors, curators, educators, creative artists, etc. Therefore, the collaborative life cycle of artworks requires the transparent settlement, allocation and management based on the blockchain for the output of documents, images and videos up to the creation of artworks. Third, this study suggests a research model for the open collaboration framework for the whole process from creation to distribution of newly-created works of art museum, which is a model that presents a solution for profit distribution to solve the problem of copyright. Fourth, In terms of art+technology, a convergence fintech system based on blockchain of art works needed for distribution and settlement of copyright was proposed. The results of this study are expected to play a major role in the creation and utilization of art contents based on blockchain and to have a great effect on the commercialization of copyright for art contents service and the development of art industry.
